Working for us

Godalming College employs around 200 teaching and support staff on both a full and part-time basis. We have around 2200 full-time students age 16 to 19 years on AS/A level and BTEC qualifications. The College also offers part-time courses for local 14 to 16 year olds.

Godalming College is popular and successful and achieves consistently high results. We were awarded Beacon status in 2006 and graded 'outstanding in all areas' by Ofsted in 2008.

We recognise and value the contribution of our staff in achieving this success. The College seeks to recruit, retain and develop high quality staff. We recognise that this will be achieved by embracing equality of opportunity and promoting diversity in our staff group.

We offer an attractive work environment, a range of employment benefits which includes occupational pension and childcare vouchers schemes as well as generous support for training and development. The restaurant serves a range of meals and snacks and the College gym is available for staff use.
The College is within walking distance of Godalming Town Centre and the Railway station which serves the main London-Portsmouth line (South Western Railway). Godalming is readily accessed from the A3 and free car-parking is available to staff on the College campus.
