Business A Level

In the first year you will study the key areas that businesses need to consider; Marketing, Accounting, Operations Management, People Management, Objectives and Strategy, as well as the many external factors affecting business. You will be introduced to key business concepts and look at companies and products that you know.

In the second year the emphasis changes. Building on the first year, you will use analytical and evaluative techniques to develop business strategy. You will also learn about how businesses operate in a dynamic and changing world.

Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English Language.

The Business A Level is an excellent choice to enable further study of a related degree at university. Business is one of our largest and fastest growing subjects at Higher Education and this course provides an excellent foundation for degree courses.
