This year we have received a record number of applications. Applications submitted by the deadline will be processed in line with our Admissions Policy. The Admissions Policy is linked here.
We review the policy annually and this year we revised our oversubscription procedure. We always recommend early application.
If you submitted an application for 2025, due to the volume of applications received we may not reach your application as soon as we'd like. You may not hear from us this term but if you would like an update as to where your application is, please contact the Admissions team via admissions@godalming.ac.uk.
If you have any questions on our admissions process please get in touch.
Once you have submitted your application we will send you a confirmation email. You will be able to access your application again using your account login details that you set up when you applied. You will not be able to change the details within your application but you can send us a message at any time using your account if you would like to do so. Age: Godalming College is a Sixth Form College for students aged 16-19 only. The College does not enrol students who are 18 years or older. For more information contact: admissions@godalming.ac.uk.
Funding: Godalming College is funded by the Department of Education and therefore is free for our students to attend as long as they are British Citizens or have been settled in the UK for 3 years before their start date. For further information on funding status contact admissions@godalming.ac.uk
GCSE results: You must meet the entry requirements for the College and the courses you wish to study. These are based on your GCSE results you receive in August. You must achieve a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4 to qualify for a Level 3 Study Programme. The absence of GCSE English Language will significantly restrict study programme options. Equivalent qualifications at Level 2 in vocational courses (at MERIT or above) are accepted where they are directly related to the courses which have been applied for. However these courses are not adequate for entry alone to an Advanced Study Programme and would always need to be accompanied by the minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4.
Please also note each course has specific entry requirements that are published on this website in the 'Courses' section.
