This course is for students who are interested in a career in teaching, and/or working with young people more broadly. It will cover how to access teaching as a career, find out what it is like to teach a class, understanding of the wider responsibilities of the job e.g. safeguarding. The course will also cover practical elements like how to plan a lesson/curriculum as well as prepare for an interview for an education related job. There will also be potential opportunities to volunteer in local schools too.
